Privacy
Your information.
Handled with care.
When you visit the website
We use our own cookie-free analytics to understand how the website is used: which pages are viewed, clicks on links and buttons, how far you scroll, how long the page is in use, where the visit came from, and approximate location (country and city), device type and browser. Nothing is stored on your device and IP addresses are not saved. Visits on the same day are linked by an anonymised code that changes every 24 hours. What you type into form fields is not recorded. The data is stored with Cloudflare for about 13 months.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visit numbers and how quickly pages load. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across websites.
The website includes no advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Fonts and images load from the website itself. Your language is determined by the page address and is not saved in a cookie.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the service.
When you contact us
When you submit the form, we receive your email address and the link or description you share about your business. We use these details to prepare a website preview with the help of AI tools and to reply to you. The preview is reviewed before we send a reply. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include.
We use these details to reply and discuss your enquiry. For a potential project, processing may be necessary to take steps before entering a contract. Other correspondence is handled based on our interest in answering enquiries. Please share only what is needed and avoid sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Form enquiries are stored with Cloudflare and handled in our workflow with Notion and OpenAI. Technical information is also used to limit repeated form attempts. We do not publish your contact email address in the website preview. Email is handled through Zenbox and Gmail. Information needs to be retained while the conversation is ongoing and for as long as required for the project or applicable obligations. The retention period therefore depends on the enquiry.
Please contact us if you would like to know more about how information is handled in your correspondence with Björk Lab.
Proposals we send you
If we have sent you a personal link to a website proposal (bjorklab.se/…), we record when and how the proposal is used, such as which designs are opened, clicks, time on the page and approximate location and device, and link this to the proposal so we can follow up. We are notified the first time the proposal is opened. Questions in the chat on the proposal page are answered by an AI assistant (Anthropic) and saved together with the replies. Payments are handled by Stripe. This information is only used for our conversation with you about the proposal.
Questions about your information
Contact [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to processing. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
